• User-provided content: Text you submit within the GPT, including story ideas, writing samples, or notes - processed only to provide immediate responses.
• Session data: Temporary interaction data necessary for the conversation flow - automatically deleted after session ends.
• Technical data: Basic technical information processed by the hosting platform for service delivery only.

No Data Storage: We do not maintain databases, logs, or records of your interactions. All processing is ephemeral and session-based only.

We process your information solely to:

• Provide immediate GPT-based writing guidance responses during your active session.
• Ensure the service functions correctly and maintains conversation context within the session.
• Deliver the writing methodology and guidance as intended.

No Development Use: We do not use any user data for product development, training, improvement, or any purpose beyond immediate service delivery.

No Analytics: We do not collect or analyze usage patterns, trends, or user behavior data.

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data may be shared with:

• OpenAI (the GPT platform provider), which processes input/output data under its own Privacy Policy.
• Authorized Rondanini Publishing staff for research, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring.

• User-submitted data is stored and processed only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
• Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for internal analytics.
